SCORE®, Counselors To America's Small Businesses, is a non profit organization dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business. As a result of the National SCORE® alliance with the Small Business Administration as a resource partner, the Peninsula Chapter of SCORE® has access to an abundance of resources to aid you and your business or idea in achieving success.

Nationally SCORE® has almost 400 offices staffed by 11,500 volunteers. SCORE® volunteers are both working and retired and donate their time to aid small business owners and entrepreneurs. In fiscal year 2006 SCORE® provided almost 388,000 services and in excess of 1.2 million volunteer hours of support for small businesses across America.

The volunteers of Peninsula SCORE®. Volunteer counselors are experienced owners or managers of businesses that volunteer their time to help small businesses succeed.

There is no cost for individual counseling. Some workshops or seminars have a small fee.
